Academic title(s)
Biochemical Engineer B.Sc. and M.Sc.
Introduction
Dániel Sárközy graduated with bachelor's and master's degree in Biochemical Engineering at the University of Debrecen. During his studies, he used molecular biological methods to examine filamentous funghi gene expressions and biochemical pathways in connection with D-galactose metabolism. He joined HLBS in 2018 and his current research work is to develop novel CE-MS methods focusing on the size-based separation and detection of therapeutic proteins. Dániel’s main goal is to find a viable solution to couple capillary electrophoresis with mass spectrometric detection and to overcome the ionization suppression caused by buffer components.
